The "Nines" in the Tarot Deck are the last
of the single digit numbers. As such, they are cards of completion (as
an aide-memoir think of the 9 months of human pregnancy). These are cards
representing
and achievement about which one can reflect on progress made, and any
associated material gains or earnings.
Most Tarot Decks include a simple, positive, happy card in the Nine
of Pentacles. The theme of this card is "fulness and fulfullment".
Some decks illustrate it with images of a lone figure in a beautiful
garden - perhaps a garden that she has created herself..
This card may be interpreted in many ways - especially when it appears
as a richly symbolic image. However, all interpretations concern success
- either that we are on our way to achieving success, that we should
enjoy our success, or that we may have paid a particular price for
our success (e.g. become rich but lonely).
