Pulsatilla nigricans is a
homeopathic remedy sometimes known simply as "Pulsatilla".
Pulsatilla nigricans is often used in cases of individuals
whose moods and symptoms change constantly. It may, therefore, apply
to some small children. It also particularly suits people who have gentle
and sympathetic personalities, but whom may also tend to feel unsupported
by others around them.
There are many examples of conditions for which pulsatilla
nigricans may
be used - but remember that suitability is not based entirely on
the condition, but also the patient's personality (see above). Examples
of some conditions for which it may help include:
Diarrhoea; bedwetting or stress
incontinence; cold (especially with yellow, smelly catarrh); conjunctivitis;
earache (with discharge); sore throat; flu;
headaches, labour pains
and tearfulness; feeling faint due to heat; nosebleeds.
