Sialogogue

The term sialogogue refers to therapeutic agents (e.g. natural substances such as herbs, oils, or essences, or conventional pharmaceutical drugs) that stimulates the secretion of saliva.

In conventional (allopathic) medicine, the term sialogogue describes para sympathomimetic drugs.
