Blue Kyanite crystals are a naturally-occurring form of crystals of Aluminium Silicate are known as either "Anadlusite", "Sillimanite" or "Kyanite", depending on the form of the crystalline solid - which is in turn due to the conditions under which its constituent elements of aluminium, silicon and oxygen solidified.

Blue Kyanite is found in a wide range of locations including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech.Rep., Congo, France, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, USA.

Blue Kyanite is sometimes associated with:
Astrological Signs of Taurus, Libra and Aries.
