| The medial condyle is a feature
of the tibia (or "shin bone"), which is the major bone of the human
lower-leg.
It is located on the medial
side of the bone, i.e. its closest part to the mid-line of
the body, and at the top of the tibia where it forms the knee-joint with
the
femur.
For a diagram
showing the location on the tibia of the medial condyle,
relative to the fibula, tibia, patella,
and other bones of the leg, ankle, and foot, see the page about bones
of the foot and leg.
