Dacryops is an obsolete (meaning no-longer
used), or at least rarely used, term meaning watery (or waterying)
eye.
Some sources describe dacryops in different but equivalent
terms, such as "excess of tears in the eye".
Dacryops may, or may not, be associated with other ophthalmic
symptoms, or exist as part of another condition (perhaps its cause).
