Reminder of our Advice about Event Listings:
- This Sections is for "Holistic Events" only.
We define this to mean events on the subjects of alternative / "complementary" /
natural health and healing, "New Age", appreciation of nature,
organic foods / supplements, sustainable living, environmental awareness,
and similar - that are open to like-minded individuals from the general
public. That is, this is not the place to advertise training courses
for therapists (we'll have another section for those soon).
- Events are listed on these pages until the end of the last
day on which take place.
So, for example, and event that occurs 12-15 October 2005 will be listed
until the end of 15 October 2005 only.
- We are pleased to include your telephone number and/or
email address (in text format - not as a link to your email
address) in the
"
Further Information" field. In
a few cases we might also mention your website URL
in text format (not as a link) but we do not usually do
so - please
be aware that this will not automatically be included in
your listing.
- If you would like us to include a link to your website
about your event, you must link to this website first,
as detailed in our Links
Policy.
Then include the URL of the page that includes your link to us on the
form submitting the information about your event. We will then include
a link to your website with your event listing. However, we will only
set one link to your site for each one link received from your site.
In cases where you would like us to list several of your events but
only have one website and so have only set one link to us, we may
still link to your site from all of your event listings - but in this
case a fee will apply per additional event with a link to your site.
This is by arrangement only so please mention your request in the "any
other information" area of the form below.
- You are invited to send information about your event to
us using the online form below.
Please use this form - do not email the information to
us instead.
- In some cases we may edit the information that you send
us in order to fit your listing onto a page in a style consistent
with other listings.
- Finally, although we make every effort to ensure that the
details shown on our listings of Holistic Events are correct
and up-to-date, we cannot be responsibe for errors or inaccuracies:
Sometimes things change, some events depend on attracting
a minimum number of attendees, or even on the weather ...
so the information displayed in this section is provided
in good faith and viewers of these pages are advised to confirm
details with the organisers before travelling or otherwise
incurring expense in connection with activities listed on
these pages.
