- This Section is for "Holistic Events" only.
We define this as events on the subjects of alternative
/ "complementary" / natural health and healing,
"New Age", appreciation of nature, organic foods
/ supplements, sustainable living, environmental awareness,
and similar - that are open to like-minded individuals
from the general public.
This is not the place to advertise training courses for
therapists or any event that requires specific qualifications.
- Events are automatically listed on these pages until
the end of the last day on which they take place.
So, for example, an event that occurs 12-15 October 2010
will be listed until the end of 15 October 2010 only.
- You are invited to submit information about your event
using the online form
on the next page only.
Please use this form - do
not email the information to us as that could be classified
as spam.
- We are pleased to include your telephone number and/or
email address (in text format - not as a link to your
email address). Please do not include your website
in the Contact Information field as attempts to include
links to websites will cause entries to be rejected.
- If you would like us to include a link to your website
about your event, you must link to this website
first, as detailed in our Links
Policy. Then follow our links policy by requesting
a return link from our Links
Section.
- It is essential that all submissions are in standard
English. In particular, we will not accept listings that
include non-standard use of CAPITAL letters (e.g. the
event title written all in upper-case). This and other
instructions appear on the simple form on the next page.
- In some cases we may edit the information we receive
in order to present your listing in our house style.
- Although we make every effort to ensure that the details
shown on our listings of Holistic Events are as supplied
to us and up-to-date, we cannot be responsibe for errors
or inaccuracies:
Sometimes things change, some events depend on attracting
a minimum number of attendees, or on the weather.
Information is displayed on this website in good faith
and visitors to these pages are advised to confirm details
with the organisers before travelling or otherwise incurring
expense in connection with activities listed on these
pages.
For this reason, we can only
accept submissions for which the organisers' contact details
are included in the appropriate field of our online form.
If possible please provide both an email address and a
telephone number.
The process is easy.
After clicking on the "Add an Event" button at
the bottom of this page you will be forwarded to an on-line
form into which you may enter the details of your event.
All fields must be completed
exactly as requested in order for your event to be included
in our listings - so please read the instructions
carefully as you complete the form.
You will be offered the option of then adding more events.
One form is required per event. You can
submit as many events as you wish. We recommend submitting
these as far in advance of the event as possible - for maximum
benefit.
