Holistic Events and Retreats at Trem Y Mor, situated near to
the popular village of Llanberis, home of Mount Snowdon, on the northern
edge of Snowdonia:
If you are looking for some peace and quiet or just time for contemplation
why not take advantage of our themed retreats and workshop therapy weekends
?
- The retreats allow people from all walks of life to meet like-minded
individuals in a serene and spiritual setting. These retreats include
walks in the woods, on the beach, visiting ancient sites, meditations,
etc..
- Combine relaxation with a self powerment tool for positive living.
We are committed to promoting spiritual awareness and personal progression.
- The varied programme of courses are all delivered with understanding,
humour, and love by experienced tutors. They are a place for each of
us to experience a feeling of one-ness.
- The workshops are designed to be small in number to allow a more individual
tuition and a greater personal expression without feelings of pressure.
 We are based on the northern edge of Snowdonia in North Wales. Located
between the mountains and sea we are in an ideal spot for exploring the
Snowdon and Glyder mountain scenery and touring the North Wales coast,
the Llyn Peninsula and Anglesey. Alternatively you could head further
afield to the popular historic town of Chester.

- Weekly Retreats/Courses arrive Sunday evening for 7pm dinner,
Depart Friday morning after breakfast
- Weekend Retreats/Courses Arrive Friday evening for 7pm dinner,
Depart Sunday after 1pm lunch
- Mid Week Retreats/Courses Arrive Tuesday evening for 7pm dinner,
Depart Thursday after 1pm lunch
