What
is
Reflexology ?
|
|
Reflexology is a touch therapy
which
dates as far back as the ancient
Egyptians in 2,330 BC.
|
|
It is a special pressure technique
using the thumbs and fingers to
stimulate the reflex points on the
hands or feet. It works on the
principle that these reflex points
correspond to every part of the body
and are linked by energy zones.
|

|
Tender reflex points indicate
congestion or imbalances which
interfere with the flow of energy.
Reflexology helps to restore the
body's balance therefore
promoting good health.
