'At
Home' Holistic Treatments by Mala
I have
met many amazing healers while traveling the world but the
message that still guides me most closely is the simple advice
to 'massage with the Hands and the Heart'.
Top
and toes - 1 hour - £35
This luxury treatment concentrates on two of the areas of
the body most responsive to massage, the head and the feet,
where many nerve endings and powerful pressure points are
found. The treatment starts with a 30 minute Indian Head,
Neck and Shoulder massage followed by a relaxing face massage,
using oils (if you like) to moisturise your hair and skin.
The next 30 minutes is dedicated to your feet - your connection
with the earth. The next time you walk you'll be floating
though
Indian
Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage - 1 hour - £35
Finishing with reiki healing of the upper three chakras this
Indian Head Massage consists of a sequence of moves on the
shoulders, neck, scalp, hands and face. Indian Head Massage
will not only relieve stress, it may also help; eyestrain
caused by prolonged computer use, to reduce muscle tension
in the neck and shoulders, and promote a feeling of well being,
leaving you feeling invigorated and yet deeply relaxed. When
your head feels good, you feel good.
Reiki
Healing - 1 hour - £35
Reiki - described as 'Universal Life Energy', is a unique
healing system rediscovered in Japan. A session involves a
simple process of laying of hands on or just above the fully
clothed body, to channel healing through the practitioner
to the recipient. This healing can be activated on many different
levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It can
be a useful tool for self awareness, transformation and pain
relief.
Back
massage with Reiki - 1 hour - £35
A oil massage incorporating Reiki to ease out tight muscles
on sore backs.
Reflexology
- £35
£20 call out charge applies for each visit - Brighton area only.
Gift
vouchers available - they make great presents !

Seated Acupressure Massage (aka on-site or chair massage)
This takes place fully clothed in a very comfortable ergonomically
designed massage chair. The sequence has been designed in
America specifically to address problems experienced in the
workplace. It works on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands
and scalp. It is great for relieving aching shoulders and
is helpful in preventing RSI type symptoms and physical stress
caused by long periods spent in front of a computer screen.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage consists of a sequence of moves on the
shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Indian Head Massage will

by prolonged computer use, to reduce muscle tension in the

you feeling invigorated and ready to face the pressures of
the day. When your head feels good, you feel good.
These two treatments can also be combined for longer sessions.

At Home:
Mala
has magic hands. She works miracles and leaves
you completely relaxed yet totally energized. Before I met
Mala I was a complete cynic. Now I am a complete cynic who
is also a massage addict and I have yet to find another therapist
who can hold a candle to her. I am particularly partial to
the head massage and reiki. There is only one problem
I now live in another country and cant find a replacement
.

***
I have been treated by Mala for nearly a year
now. I have received a variety of treatments from deep tissue
massage to reflexology. She has relieved serious neck and
lower back discomfort which have enabled me to go on and
strengthen these areas after a series of minor work injuries.
I have recently had a number of sessions in
reflexology to help with hip and leg pains that have developed
since I've
been pregnant, and were so bad they stopped me sleeping.
Apart from the reflexology sessions being sublimely relaxing,
I now can sleep the night through, without any needing
any pain killing medication.
I'm always impressed by Mala's
professionalism and understanding. She's a great listener
and analyser of problems and really
works hard at achieving results for you, always starting
the next session with a review of how effective the last
session has been. I'm moving abroad and only wish I could
take her with me.

Onsite Therapies:
Mala,
Your acupressure sessions at Thomson Financial have become
not only part-and-parcel of our drive to improve employee
well being, but also part of our aspirations to achieve a
culture which truly offers a work-life balance.
From a corporate perspective it is low-cost for us (just a
room and a little admin time), but in terms of benefits to
out organisation and employees it is of huge value. It has
an immediate benefit to the individuals who book your sessions,
but it is also excellent internal PR for us to position ourselves
in the minds of our employees as a preferred employer.
I have nothing but excellent reports for those who book time
with you. And, as you know I am rarely able to pass up one
of your visits without an acupressure session.
I hope your move to Brighton proves to be fruitful and I wish
you the greatest success in the future,
With best wishes,
Barbara Watkinson
