The Reiki Practitioner is a channel for Reiki Healing and Reiki flows through the body nourishing the organs and cells. The treatment is administered to the clothed person, either seated or lying down, providing a non-invasive and relaxing treatment.

Indian Head Massage is a form of massage, which has been practised in India for over 1000 years and has recently been introduced to the West by Mr Narendra Mehta.

It helps relieve Stress, Tension, Eye Strain and promotes healthy hair.

Working on an emotional, spiritual and physical level, it promotes a sense of well being and can significantly relieve the physical symptoms of sinusitis, migraine, and insomnia.

Mental benefits include relief from depression and anxiety. It releases toxins and stagnant energy and promotes clearer thinking.

The treatment is administered to the seated person and includes massage of the shoulders, neck, ears, head and face.
