The Phalanges are groups of bones of which there
is one group in each hand and each foot.
The location of the Phalanges are
indicated in the diagrams opposite - where all the phalanges
are shaded green to identify them as a group.
See the Revision page about Bones
of the Foot, Ankle, and Lower-Legs for further information
including a larger fully labelled diagram. This may be particularly interesting
study/revision material for students following courses in Reflexology
because such courses generally require a good basic knowledge of the
skeletal structures of the hands and feet.
