Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon is one of many (scented) essential oils used in aromatherapy.
Essential oils are generally used in very small quantities, e.g. measured as a small number of drops of the essential oil in a larger quantity of an appropriate carrier oil.

Cold Expression (from outer part of the fresh peel).

Main Constituents:

limonene, terpinene, pinenes, sabinene, myrcene, citral, linalol, geraniol, octanol, nonanol, citronellal, bergamotene.

From:

Native to Asia but now grows wild across the Mediterranean region and is also cultivated worldwide.
