Osteopathy is a therapeutic approach based on the
theory that disturbances in the musculoskeletal
system affect other bodily parts, causing or contributing
to various disorders. Osteopathy treatments involve
manipulative techniques that may be applied in conjunction
with other treatment modalities including for example
conventional medical, surgical, pharmacological,
and other therapeutic procedures.
