Pathology is the study of disease processes - with
emphasis on understanding the nature and causes
of diseases.
Clinical Pathology is the treatment of
patients who have diseases using the knowledge acquired
through pathological studies, e.g. studies in laboratories
using blood samples, urine samples, faeceal samples,
tissue samples etc..
